Five days of body, mind and soul nourishing in Tao's, Paros, my home and beloved island.
Life brings us many experiences, we walk around, work, go to sleep, with a mind full of thoughts and a heart full of emotions.
The essence of Yoga (including philosophy, meditations, pranayama and asanas), is to connect deeply to ourselves, beyond the mind and heart, to release ourselves from our own patterns, and remember again who we are.
Our retreat will bring it into your personal experience, inviting you to let go and just be, all in the beautiful nature of Paros.
Our schedule:

We will begin on the afternoon with an opening session, followed with yoga practice.
After that we'll enjoy Tao's vegetarian dinner
7-10/5
Morning assignment, morning meditation, Vinyasa yoga practice, delicious vegetarian brunch.
Island time - your time on the island, alone or together.
On the afternoon we will continue with self-growth studies and insights, Yin yoga practice and then vegetarian dinner.
11/5
Morning assignment, morning meditation, our last yoga practice and a closing session.
Last brunch and then goodbyes.
